How can cupping help me?

Myofascial decompression, also known as "cupping," is a type of myofascial release that helps improve blood flow, reduce tightness, increase joint mobility, and alleviate pain. Cups can either be placed on the skin for a period of time or gently moved to to lift and glide along the tissues. Cupping isn’t painful—in fact, many of our patients find it quite relaxing! You might notice some temporary redness or "kiss marks" on your skin, which are normal and fade within a few days.
