Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), popularized by the Graston Technique, is a form of myofascial release that uses specialized tools to gently "scrape" over areas with restricted fascia or muscle adhesions. This technique helps improve blood flow, reduces tension, and increases mobility in muscles and joints.
